Welcome inside
The holiday home, built in 2022 and measuring 132 m², offers an excellent layout for eight people. Indoors, you can unpack your bags in four beautiful bedrooms, and at night, you can look forward to sleeping in the rooms' com­fortab­le double beds. The floor plan also includes two elegant bathrooms, both equipped with showers and un­der­floor heating – with the larger one ad­di­tio­nal­ly featuring a washing machine, tumble dryer, and bathtub, ensuring both practical tasks and relaxing downtime are well ac­com­moda­ted. This continues in the open living area, where the living room and kitchen are combined. As in the other rooms, the decor is stylish and modern, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy your holiday together. Under the beautiful wooden floor, there is un­der­floor heating, and the large windows allow lovely natural light and open up views of a protected natural area.

Enjoy life outside
You can also take in the scenic views while sitting on the spacious wooden terrace. It faces south, making it sunny for most of the day, and there is a covered area to the west, perfect for barbecue evenings and delicious summer meals at the garden table. Your car can be parked in the carport at the end of the driveway, and the property is kept simple with a nice, flat lawn.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
At Havkatten 10, you’ll stay in a newly developed, enclosed holiday home area close to Løkken town. If you’re in the mood for a large ice cream cone or lunch at a sidewalk café, you can walk or bike to the town center. The area is quiet and family-friendly, with easy access to nature if you fancy a re­fres­hing morning run – or perhaps just a short stroll before settling down on the terrace. Løkken Golf Club is easily ac­ces­sib­le, and the beach is about a kilometer away, making it easy to fill your holiday with beach games, sandcast­le building, and dips in the North Sea.

Remember, you can always borrow wagons, hig­h­chairs, and cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. Simply pick them up at our office and return them once your holiday is over.
