The charming summer house measures 118 m², com­ple­men­ted by a 10 m² annex, allowing up to eight people to gather here com­fortably. It’s a stylish new build, evident in its bright color tones, high-quality materials, and modern furniture design. The living area impresses with large windows, an at­tra­cti­ve ceiling height, and an open con­nection between the kitchen and living room. Both the wood-burning stove and the large flat-screen TV with Chro­mecast enhance the cozy at­mosp­he­re. The floor plan includes two bathrooms in addition to three bedrooms, with the fourth bedroom located in the annex.

Enjoy life outside
Outdoors, you’ll also find a de­light­ful setting for re­laxa­tion. The 2,900 m² plot is quite spacious, offering plenty of room for games and acti­vi­ties. Sur­ro­un­ding the house is a beautiful terrace area where you can fully enjoy the sun and summer weather – whether it’s taking a nap on the loungers or enjoying a freshly grilled dinner at the garden table.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The location is top-notch, as it’s only 450 meters from Astavej to Løkken Beach. This means you can walk to the North Sea in just a few minutes, whether you’re heading there to play and run or to relax and swim. A few ki­lo­me­ters north, you’ll find Løkken town, where you can shop, stock up on supplies, and enjoy delicious meals. A walk along the pier or a visit to the Løkken Museum could also tempt you. For more action, you can play laser games, go karting, and much more at Action House on the outskirts of town.
