It’s certainly not every holiday home that strikes the perfect balance between genuine summerhouse charm and high comfort, but here at Redningsvejen Nord 123, they’ve hit the mark! This lovely house has been stylishly renovated – and it doesn’t hurt that you also have a wonderful view of Grønhøj’s dune landscape from the living room.
Welcome inside
The summerhouse was modernized in 2022, using a bright color palette and carefully selected furnishings. The wood-burning stove in the living room enhances the cozy atmosphere, and when you can look westward at the small dunes and pretty summerhouses in the area, everything feels just right. The living room also features a heat pump with cooling function and a flat-screen TV with satellite and Chromecast connection. The kitchen is neat, well-equipped, and offers plenty of workspace. The layout includes a bathroom with a shower, underfloor heating, and a washing machine, as well as three good bedrooms located in the eastern part of the house.
Enjoy life outside
A large wooden terrace wraps around the summerhouse to the east, south, and west, so you’ll easily find a sunny spot at any time of day. The 2,590 m² plot is delightfully spacious, providing plenty of distance from the neighbors. The whole family can have fun on the lawn, playing ball games and enjoying outdoor activities.
Get up close to the local attractions
It only takes a few minutes to walk from the summerhouse down to Grønhøj Beach, so you can easily make the trip several times a day. For example, you could start with a morning dip in the North Sea, and the day’s activities could include playing in the sand, a long walk, beach games, and more swimming before a beautiful sunset ends a perfect holiday day. From Grønhøj’s peaceful and scenic surroundings, it’s just a short drive to the popular holiday town of Løkken, where you can browse shops, dine in restaurants, or enjoy a fun afternoon at Action House with go-karting, bowling, and much more.
Remember, at Feriepartner Løkken, you can always borrow wagons, highchairs, and baby cots. You can pick them up directly at our office and return them to us once your holiday is over.
