Wonderful and charming summer house with a central location and easy access to the North Sea. In the sought-after Furreby area just north of the holiday town of Løkken, you’re sure to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Welcome inside
This lovely summer house of just under 100 square meters is in excellent condition and will serve as the setting for many great holidays in Løkken. The house has been gradually mo­der­nized and now features visible ceiling beams and a newer sunroom filled with light from large floor-to-ceiling windows, which serves as a small activity room with access to one of the terraces. Each room is decorated in a warm and personal style, and for en­tertain­ment, you’ll find a satellite dish, wireless internet, DVD/Blu-ray, and a Play­Sta­tion 2—perfect for any rainy days. The kitchen is located in the corner of the large living area, offering easy access to the living room. In the bathroom, you’ll find a shower, changing table, washing machine, and dryer, and along the hallway, there is a con­ve­ni­ent sleeping area with three bedrooms, offering space for a total of six people. Overall, it’s an ab­so­lu­te­ly wonderful and fun­ctio­nal house for families and couples alike. The entire house is heated with a heat pump and a wood stove.

Enjoy life outside
Both in front of and behind the house, there is a lovely garden with large lawns for playing, ball games, and a soccer goal. The entire property is fenced, so children and dogs can freely roam around in the garden. From the sunroom, you step onto a southwest-facing terrace, where you can enjoy complete privacy, and there’s also an east-facing terrace by one of the bedrooms, where you’ll also find an outdoor sink. For children, there is a sandbox, and in the evening, you can enjoy delicious barbecue meals and make the most of the long, hopefully warm, summer evenings.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house is located just a few hundred meters north of the center of Løkken, and the walk to town is easily ma­na­geab­le. In town, you’ll find a variety of shops and great re­stau­rants, and in the summer, the holiday at­mosp­he­re feels as if you’re somewhere south. From the house, there is easy access to a path that leads directly to Løkken Beach—one of the widest and best along the entire west coast. Whether you want to swim, wade, play in the sand, explore the dunes, or even windsurf, the con­di­tions here are excellent. On the edge of town, you’ll find Action House, with bowling, go-karts, a playland, and much more. A short drive away, you can visit Børglum Abbey, Rubjerg Knude, and the charming village of Lønstrup, filled with artisans, galleries, glassblowers, and unique specialty shops.

Remember that you can always borrow handcarts, high chairs, and baby beds from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them to us again when your holiday is over.
