The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room, ensuring everyone can stay connected even while engaging in different activities. One section of the house is designed as a wellness area, featuring a luxurious spa with sea views, and access to an annex with an infrared sauna and a shower for ultimate relaxation. Noteworthy are the durable and stylish epoxy floors throughout the house, which add a modern touch. The house is heated by a heat pump, a wood-burning stove, and electric radiators in the bedrooms (no underfloor heating).

The property spans a 2,736 m² natural plot with beautifully designed terrace areas, including a covered west-facing section perfect for barbecues and sunsets.
