Small modern guest house in great location

Location
On a large piece of land, about 7 km outside of Älmhult, lies our house Lillstu­gan together with the house Persgården. A small sand beach which is great for swimming in the lake is only 150 metres away from the house. Su­per­mar­kets, banks and cash machines can be found in Älmhult.

Fa­ci­li­ties
The small guest house has 55 square metres. On the first floor there is a living room with a sofa, dining table and satellite TV, as well as a kitchen furnished with cooker, fridge with freezer com­part­ment, microwave and dis­hwas­her. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other furnished with two single beds. The house has electric heating. Outside there is a veranda facing the lake with garden furniture and grill. A rowing boat is also included in the price of the house. If you have ex­pe­ri­en­ce with using boat motors, you can also rent a motor from the owner for 80 EUR per week. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there are four bicycles that the both the guests from house Lillstu­gan and those in house Persgården have access to during their stay.

Special ar­ran­ge­ments
A lovely house for four people and very close to the lake Möckeln. The grassy area in front of the house is greaty for children to play on. Together Lillstu­gan and Persgården are a good option for two families who want to spend their holiday together. Throug­hout A, B and C season the arrival and departure day is Saturday. During D season you can arrive and depart any day of the week. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Guests have to bring their own linen and towels. The final cleaning is the re­spon­si­bi­li­ty of the guests and cannot be ordered. The owner requires a fee for electri­ci­ty of 30 EUR. If you want to go fishing you have to buy a fishing permit.
