Friendly holiday home very close to the lake Möckeln

Location
On a large piece of land, about 7 km outside of Älmhult, lies our house Persgården together with the house Lillstu­gan. A small sand beach which is great if you want to go swimming in the lake is only 150 metres away from the house. Su­per­mar­kets, banks and cash machines can be found in Älmhult.

Fa­ci­li­ties
House Persgården offers its guests a total of 85 square metres. The living room is furnished with a sofa, dining table and has satellite TV. Also on the ground floor is the kitchen where you will find a fridge with freezer com­part­ment, a cooker, a dis­hwas­her and a microwave. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Two ad­di­tio­nal bedrooms are on the first floor: one with a double bed, the other one with two single beds. Here you will also find a second bathroom with toilet, shower and a washing machine. The house has central heating. Outside there is a veranda with garden furniture and grill. There is also a rowing boat available. If you have previous ex­pe­ri­en­ce, you can also rent a boat motor from the owners of the house for 80 EUR per week. There are also four bicycles that guests have to share with the guests of house Lillstu­gan.

Special ar­ran­ge­ments
The location of this holiday home is great, and together with house Lillstu­gan this can be a great place to stay for two families who want to go on holiday together. The large grassy area in front of the house is great for children to play on. Throug­hout A, B and C season the arrival and departure day is Saturday. During D season you can arrive and depart any day of the week. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Guests have to bring their own linens and towels. Guests are also re­spon­sib­le for the final cleaning of the house as this service cannot be offered. The owner requires a fee for electri­ci­ty of 30 EUR. If you want to go fishing you have to buy a fishing permit.
