Beautiful, small holiday home at the lake Bolmen

Location
The gu­est­hou­se of the former farm Lund in the south of the island Bolmsö is only 30 km away from Ljungby, and lies directly at the lake Bolmen. The location is great for swimming and fishing. You can buy groceries in a small shop on the island around 8 km from the house. Otherwise you will find su­per­mar­kets, cash machines and a post office in Ljungby.

Fa­ci­li­ties
The holiday home has a size of 50 square metres. In the big living room you will find satellite TV and a sofa that can be turned into a double bed. There is also an in­te­gra­ted pantry with cooker, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and a fridge with a freezer com­part­ment. In the winter garden at the front of the house you will find a dining table as well as a stove for cool evenings. There are two single beds in the bedroom. A shower and a toilet are in the bathroom at the back of the house. There is both hot and cold water, and the house has electric heating. The guests can also use the garden furniture as well as the available rowing boat and life jackets. You can also rent a motor for the boat from the house's owner. If you talk to the owners, it might also be possible to use their washing machine. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a swing and a play house for children on the property.

Special ar­ran­ge­ments
A great holiday home in a beautiful and quiet location. Throug­hout A, B and C-Season you can only book whole weeks and need to arrive as well as depart on Saturdays. During D-Season you can arrive and depart on any day of the week. Pets are not allowed in the house. Smoking is also forbidden inside of the house and winter garden. Linen and towels can be hired for 100 SEK per package per person. If you do not want to do the final cleaning yourself, you can order it for 400 SEK. Internet access can be provided for 100 SEK per week. You can only order these services with your booking, you will not be able to add them at a later time. The owner will also rent out a motor for the boat for 100 SEK per day or 600 SEK per week, however, only to people with prior ex­pe­ri­en­ce with boat motors. The costs for fuel are not included in the rental price. If you want to fish in the lake Bolmen you need to buy a fishing license.
