Welcome inside: From the entrance/utility room, you step into the large and bright living room, from which you have access to a partially covered south-facing terrace. The well-equipped kitchen-living room has everything you need: Fridge, separate freezer, induction hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a wine cooler. The house has three spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space – one with a double bed and two rooms with single beds. Additionally, there is a cosy alcove that can accommodate 1-2 extra guests. The two bathrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The house is also equipped with a central vacuum system.
Note: The house is not rented to groups of workers or young people.
Enjoy life outside: Start your day with a cup of morning coffee on the sunny south-facing terrace. The house sits on an 800 m² natural plot, inviting you to relax in green surroundings. It is located on a quiet, closed small road where you can find peace and tranquillity. As a special feature, there is an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, perfect for a refreshing bath.

Here, you can treat yourself to freshly caught fish from the local fishmongers or choose from a wide variety of fresh produce in the nearby supermarkets. The area offers unique nature experiences and activities that appeal to all tastes.
