Lovely tra­di­tio­nal Swedish cottage in quiet sur­ro­un­dings

Location
Our house Källsmålen lies 25 km north west of Nybro, just outside the village Gul­la­skr­uv. The piece of land on which the house stands has 4.000 square metres and is sur­ro­un­ded by trees. A small lake with a pontoon for boats is 300 metres away from the house. Great for going swimming is the lake Orranäsasjön which is 7 km away. Shops and a post office can be found in Orrefors, 10 km away, larger su­per­mar­kets and cash machines are available in Nybro which is around 25 km away from the house.

Fa­ci­li­ties
The house was built in 1895 and has been com­ple­te­ly renovated. It has 90 square metres and is nicely furnished. In the living room you will find a fireplace, satellite TV and a Blu-Ray Player. In the kitchen you will find a cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer com­part­ment and a dis­hwas­her. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a toilet, a shower, and a washing machine. On the first floor there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, the second one with a sofa bed and the third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed. The house has electric heating and free Wifi available for all guests. Outside guests also have access to a veranda with garden furniture and grill. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a table tenis table, a baby bed, a high chair as well as a canoe and six bicycles. In a small building next to the main house is also a sauna.

Special ar­ran­ge­ments
A great house in quiet and peaceful sur­ro­un­dings. You can arrive any day of the week. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Towels and linen can be borrowed for 15 EUR per person. The final cleaning service is ob­liga­tory and costs 65 EUR. If you want to go fishing you have to buy a fishing permit.
