Welcome to a spacious holiday home accommodating up to 6 adults, situated in a tranquil area. The house has three bedrooms, a combined kitchen and living area, a large sunroom, and a bathroom.
The renovated kitchen is fully equipped for your stay and seamlessly connects to the dining area and living room, ensuring everyone can participate in the fun, whether cooking or playing games. The oven is elevated, making it less accessible to small children.
Additionally, there is a spacious sunroom with direct access to a large terrace and garden, providing ample space for meals throughout the year.
Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The bathroom, like the kitchen, is renovated and includes a toilet, shower, and underfloor heating. A washing machine and dryer are also available.
For entertainment, the house offers Chromecast for streaming via your own services.

The surrounding garden offers privacy and plenty of opportunities for games and relaxation. On cooler days, the sunroom is a cozy retreat, while the terraces around the house are perfect for gatherings, barbecues, and enjoying meals prepared on the charcoal grill. You will ind various outdoor furniture and loungers to suit all needs.
The garden is fenced, allowing children to play safely. There is also a trampoline available for use at your own risk.
With less than 300 meters to the water, the beach is a popular destination for both adults and children. Remember to bring appropriate footwear and beach gear for the little ones.
