Welcome to this recently renovated and modern holiday home, designed in a charming holiday style. Ideal for families or groups of up to six people, the house offers comfortable accommodations. The modern kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for your stay, including a dishwasher. It seamlessly connects to the large, open-plan living room, which features both a dining area and a cozy sofa corner. For added warmth and ambiance, there is a wood-burning stove. From the living room, you have access to a partially covered terrace, perfect for board games or engaging conversations. The sleeping arrangements consist of three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. The spacious and elegant bathroom includes a shower, toilet, underfloor heating, washing machine, spa bath, and access to a sauna, providing a delightful wellness experience. The house is equipped with internet and a TV with built-in Chromecast, allowing you to stream your favorite series or movies. A children´s chair and a crib are also available for the little ones.

Located in a lovely holiday home area, this property is just 250 meters from a beautiful sandy beach. The two terraces are furnished with quality garden furniture, ensuring comfortable outdoor living. For sunbathing, there are several loungers where you can relax with a good book. Additionally, you can prepare holiday meals on the house's charcoal grill. The garden offers space for free play and includes a sandbox for the younger guests. A short distance from the holiday home, there is a nice little playground where children can play freely

This holiday home is situated just 250 meters from one of East Jutland's best beaches, where you can enjoy swimming, walks, and perhaps build the most beautiful sandcastle. The nearby playground offers a good ball field with goals, allowing the family to compete and see who has the best aim. The holiday home is located in the cozy Pærgårdkoloni in As Vig, known for its pleasant atmosphere. We recommend a visit to the harbour town of Juelsminde, approximately a 10-minute drive from the holiday home. Juelsminde has a charming marina with many restaurants, an ice cream kiosk, mini-golf, and much more. Throughout the summer, Juelsminde offers various activities and dining options. Experience the brand-new Nature Playground located in Juelsminde, with 8-meter-high play towers situated by Odelsbjerget, a variety of play equipment, facilities, challenges, and two new padel tennis courts. The diverse range of activities ensures hours of fun and excitement. For day trips, we recommend visiting the cozy island of Hjarnø, accessible by ferry from Snaptun. If you prefer a city experience, Horsens is a great option, located about a 20-minute drive from As Vig. In Horsens, you'll find excellent shopping opportunities, restaurants, and attractions such as the Prison Museum.
