Interior

Welcome to a very nice holiday home. There is plenty of space for 6 adults. The house is close to the puzzling small town and the harbour, but at the same time the holiday home is located in a quiet cottage area only 200 m from the beach.

The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen/dining room, living room and a nice bathroom. One dog is allowed in this holiday home.

The sleeping places in the house are divided into three bedrooms all with quality double beds. The modern bathroom is with toilet, shower and un­der­floor heating.

It has an open kitchen where you will find eve­ryt­hing you need during your stay and with direct access to the good dining area and nice living room. When the weather is for "indoor-coveting" there is a sofa with TV that has Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian channels as well as Chro­mecast. There is free internet in the house - speed 50/50. The space here is ideal for you to gather, enjoy the time with each other, play board games and relax.

From the living room there is direct access to the large wooden terrace which ties the house and garden together nicely.

Outdoor

The summer house is located on a quiet road with limited traffic in the popular part of Ju­els­min­de close to both "Stor­stran­den", the great beach, and the town centre.

You will have many op­portu­ni­ties to enjoy the outdoors at the house. On the house's large wooden terraces you can enjoy the sun all day in the fine garden furniture and sun loungers. You can always find a sheltered spot and perhaps some of your meals will be cooked on the barbecue or you will make bread over the fireplace.

It is only 200 m to a really nice beach with a nice sandy bottom. So in a few minutes walk you can stand with your feet in the sand, enjoy swimming, relax by the water or maybe take walks in the beautiful nature of the area. There is a jetty on the beach close to the house.

When you return from the beach, you can enjoy a re­fres­hing outdoor bath at the holiday home.


Location

The location of the holiday home is ab­so­lu­te­ly ideal as a starting point for a holiday filled with beach life and at the same time close to life and the city. A five-minute walk - just 200 metres - takes you to a fantastic child-friendly sandy beach. Within walking distance you can also easily reach shopping fa­ci­li­ties and the cosy pe­de­stri­an street in Ju­els­min­de with many spe­ci­a­li­ty shops. In the extension of the pe­de­stri­an street is the cosy marina, which in summer oozes life and happy days. Here you can go to a re­stau­rant, eat ice cream, play mini golf, catch crabs and much more.

Discover the brand new Nature Play Park located within 1.5 km with 8 meter high play towers located up Odels­b­jer­get, a wealth of play equipment, fa­ci­li­ties, tracks and chal­len­ges as well as 2 new padel tennis courts. The varied range of acti­vi­ties means there is hours of play and challenge.

If golf is your thing, there is an 18 hole golf course just 2km away.

Ju­els­min­de is also close to many of Jutland's biggest at­tra­ctions, such as Legoland and Givskud Zoo.
