In the popular summer town of Juelsminde, this lovely holiday home is within walking distance of the harbour and the town centre. The holiday home has room for the whole family and is set up for a great holiday, with an activity room and good outdoor facilities.
Enjoy your holiday with the whole family in this lovely holiday day home, where you can challenge each other to a game of table football, pool/billiards or relax in the hot tub or in front of the wood-burning stove. The holiday home sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. One bedroom is in the annex, where there is also one of the 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a toilet and shower.
The bedroom in the extension also has a small loft with 2 beds. The kitchen is bright and beautiful and is open to the cozy living room with dining area and sofa area. From the living room there is access to the lovely conservatory and the activity room. You can also wash your clothes during your holiday in the washing machine.
Enjoy life outside
Outside you will find a nice south-facing garden with a lovely terrace, where you can enjoy the sunny days and the good Danish summer evenings. Here you can use the sun loungers, take a dip in the hot tub or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a great day at the beach. In the garden, there is also space for children to play ball and socialize with each other.
Get up close to the local attractions
The location of the holiday home is ideal as a starting point for a holiday filled with beach life and yet close to the city. A five-minute walk - just 300 metres - takes you to a fantastic child-friendly sandy beach. Shopping and the cozy pedestrian street in Juelsminde with many specialty shops are also within easy reach on foot. Adjacent to the pedestrian street is the nice marina, which oozes with life and fun in the summer. Here you can go to a restaurant, eat ice cream, play mini golf, catch crabs and much more.
Discover the brand new Nature Play Park located within 1.5 km with 8 metre high play towers located up Odelsbjerget, a wealth of playground equipment, facilities, courses and challenges as well as 2 new padel tennis courts. The varied range of activities means you can play and be challenged for hours.
