Welcome to a spacious holiday home for 6 adults and 2 children – close to the town and harbour, yet situated in a peaceful area.
The holiday home features 4 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a large conservatory, and 2 bathrooms. Up to 2 dogs are allowed in this holiday home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay and is directly connected to the dining area and the spacious conservatory. From here, you have direct access to a large wooden terrace and a fenced garden.
The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with bunk beds. The house’s bathroom is fitted with a toilet and shower.
The fourth bedroom is located in a cosy annex next to the main house. It also has a double bed, a washing machine, a dryer, and a nice bathroom. Additionally, this room features a TV with Danish, German, Norwegian, and Swedish channels.
There is also a TV in the living room with various channels and a Chromecast for streaming your own subscriptions. Free internet with a 300/60 Mbps connection is available.
The holiday home is well-insulated for year-round stays.
Outdoors
The garden surrounding the house offers plenty of privacy and several cosy spots, both in the sun and in the shade.
On cooler days, the conservatory is perfect for relaxing, while the terraces around the house provide an ideal space for gathering, enjoying meals, and preparing food on the gas grill. There are plenty of garden furniture and sun loungers to suit all needs.
The garden is fenced, so you can safely let your dogs roam freely. There is also a fire pit and ample space for play and activities. In the garden, you will find a shelter with an insulated floor, heating, and power outlets. The shelter has doors, making it possible to sleep in it even on chilly days.
A storage shed contains an extra fridge, which you are welcome to use during your stay – perfect for keeping drinks cool.
Location
The location of the holiday home is ideal for a holiday combining beach life with town activities. Within just a 5-minute walk (300 m), you’ll reach a fantastic, child-friendly sandy beach. Shops and the charming pedestrian street in Juelsminde, with many speciality stores, are also within walking distance.
At the end of the pedestrian street, you’ll find the cosy marina, which is full of life during the summer. Here, you can dine at restaurants, enjoy ice cream, play mini golf, catch crabs, and much more.
Only 1.5 km away, you’ll find the brand-new Nature Play Park, featuring 8-metre-high play towers built into Odelsbjerg, a variety of playground equipment, facilities, sports courts, and two new padel tennis courts. The wide range of activities ensures hours of fun and challenges for all ages.
For golf enthusiasts, there is an 18-hole golf course just 2 km away.
Additionally, Juelsminde is close to many of Jutland’s top attractions, such as Legoland and Givskud Zoo.
