Welcome to a very cozy holiday home in a beautiful location with a modern and authentic decor.
At the entrance is the kitchen/family room with everything you need for your stay, including a dishwasher. There is a living room with plenty of dining space for the whole family and a beautiful living room with a sofa set, wood-burning stove and TV.
There are no TV channels in the house, but it is possible to watch your own TV and streaming services via the house Chromecast and your own mobile/tablet.
Internet speed 1000/1000.
The holiday home has a practical layout with three good bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with toilet and shower. The sleeping accommodation is divided into two double beds and two single beds, all with good mattresses. One of the bedrooms has access to a private bathroom.
Enjoy life outside
The holiday home is located on a quiet road with limited traffic in the popular part of Juelsminde close to both ‘Storstranden’ and the town centre. The holiday home has a large, beautiful lawn with plenty of space for free play and a large trampoline, which is sure to be used extensively by all children.
The garden is also fenced and you are welcome to bring your dog during your stay.
It's only 200 metres to a very nice beach with a lovely sandy bottom. So within a few minutes' walk you can put your feet in the sand, enjoy a swim, relax by the water or perhaps take a walk in the beautiful nature of the area.
Get up close to the local attractions
Juelsminde is characterised by its cosy maritime harbour, child-friendly beaches and the pleasant town centre with several exciting shops, good shopping opportunities, restaurants and attractions. The area is peaceful and quiet and offers plenty of relaxation and activities for the family.
The house is just 1000 metres from the harbour, where you can easily experience the lovely atmosphere of the marina and perhaps enjoy a freshly cooked fish at the restaurant and visit the ice cream kiosk. You can also challenge the family in mini golf, catch crabs on the jetty or simply enjoy the view and maritime atmosphere.
Similarly, grocery shopping is just 1000 metres from the holiday home.
Discover the brand new Nature Play Park located at the entrance to Juelsminde with 8 metre high play towers located up the Odelsbjerget mountain, a wealth of play equipment, facilities, courses and challenges as well as 2 new padel tennis courts. The varied range of activities means you can play and be challenged for hours.
If you like golf, there is an 18-hole golf course just 2.5 kilometres away.
Juelsminde is also close to many of Jutland's biggest attractions such as Legoland and Givskud Zoo.
