We now have the pleasure of welcoming you to this classic Danish holiday home, which exudes cosiness and holiday at­mosp­he­re. Here the small family can enjoy each other's company and recharge for a new day at the beach.

The summer house is partially renovated in 2022, appears bright and friendly on arrival. The house can ac­com­moda­te 4 holiday guests. The beds are divided into 2 good double bedrooms.

The heart of the house is the large living room with open kitchen and direct access to the charming con­ser­va­tory. Here you can enjoy both board games and a delicious meal with the family. On the cooler days, the warmth of the wood-burning stove can be enjoyed. From the kitchen and the con­ser­va­tory is access to the garden and lovely, partially covered terrace. The bathroom of the house is bright and fun­ctio­nal with shower and washing machine.

A plus of the house, is the heat pump, which is a cheap heating source that can also cool the house down on those really hot summer days.

Outdoors

Around the house there are several good wooden terraces, inviting you to enjoy the summer and relax in the garden furniture or deck chairs under a parasol. In the evening, fire up the house's barbecue and enjoy the summer long into the evenings under the covered terrace.

Location

The holiday home is in a quiet area, only 300 meters from one of East Jutland's best and most child-friendly beaches. The sandy beach is ideal for playing, relaxing and walking along the water.

Groceries and breakfast bread can be bought at the local grocery store, which is only 5 minutes away by bike.

We can also recommend going to the maritime port town of Ju­els­min­de, which is about a 10-minute drive from the cottage. Here you will find other cozy re­stau­rants, a rich com­merci­al life and a nice marina with a crab bridge, icehouse and play­gro­und. Ju­els­min­de Nature Play­gro­und and certainly worth a visit with acti­vi­ties for both children and chil­dren's minds. Ju­els­min­de also has an 18-hole golf course with panoramic views.
