Welcome to this holiday home with plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children close to city life and the harbor, but at the same time it is located in a nice and quiet area.

The holiday home has 3 bedrooms, kitchen-dining area, cosy living room with wood stove and bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer.

In the living room there is also a chil­dren's table, which we are sure the little ones will enjoy sitting at, both for meals and if they need to play a game or draw a picture.

The house kitchen contains eve­ryt­hing you will need during your stay, and is directly connected to the dining area and living room.

The sleeping ac­com­moda­tion in the house is divided into two bedrooms with com­fortab­le double beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed.

Of course, there is also a TV in the living room of the house with TV - channels and Chro­mecast for streaming to your own subscrip­tion. There is free internet 50/10 at your disposal.

Outdoor

In the garden sur­ro­un­ding the house there are many op­portu­ni­ties to find a cozy corner with or without shade on the house terraces, which are both open and covered. Here you will find several garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols, so there is something for every need and desire.

It will be ideal to cook the day's meals on the house fine gas grill and enjoy the meals on the covered terrace.

In the garden there is plenty of space for free play as well as a slide and swings for the little ones.

The location of the house is ab­so­lu­te­ly ideal as a starting point for a holiday filled with beach life and at the same time close to life and the city. A five-minute walk - just 300 metres - takes you to a fantastic child-friendly sandy beach. Within walking distance you can also easily reach shopping fa­ci­li­ties and the cosy shopping street in Ju­els­min­de with many spe­ci­a­li­ty shops. In the extension of the pe­de­stri­an street is the cosy marina, which in summer oozes life and happy days. Here you can go to a re­stau­rant, eat ice cream, play mini golf, catch crabs and much more.

Discover the brand new Nature Play Park located within 1.5 km with 8 meter high play towers located up Odels­b­jer­get, a wealth of play equipment, fa­ci­li­ties, tracks and chal­len­ges as well as 2 new padel tennis courts. The varied range of acti­vi­ties means there are hours of play and challenge.

If golf is your thing, there is an 18 hole golf course just 2km away.

Ju­els­min­de is also close to many of Jutland's biggest at­tra­ctions, such as Legoland and Givskud Zoo.
