Welcome to a classic Danish holiday home, partially renovated in 2008 and 2023. This charming retreat exudes coziness and serves as the perfect gathering spot for a small family seeking a vacation or a brief escape from daily life.
The house comfortably accommodates up to five guests, with sleeping arrangements distributed across two bedrooms featuring double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. During the summer months, an annex with a double bed is also available, providing flexible sleeping options to suit your needs.
The kitchen offers a pleasant dining area with direct access to a cozy living room equipped with a comfortable sofa corner and TV. An additional lounge with simple furnishings and a wood-burning stove is perfect for warming up on cooler days. There's also a sunroom with ample dining space. The bright and functional bathroom includes a toilet and shower. The house is equipped with a heat pump for your comfort.
Enjoy life outside
Surrounding the house are multiple wooden terraces furnished with outdoor seating, loungers, and sun umbrellas, inviting you to relax and unwind throughout the day. It is ideal for grilling on warm summer evenings, enjoying a good glass of wine, and sharing stories about the day's adventures.
Just 100 meters from the property, there is a playground which the youngest family members will surely enjoy during your stay.

Situated in a peaceful area, the holiday home is only 300 meters from the beautiful sandy beach at As Vig, near Juelsminde. The beach is perfect for swimming, relaxation, play, or leisurely walks year-round.
Daily necessities can be conveniently purchased with a five-minute walk to the local grocer in As Vig.
A 15-minute drive brings you to Juelsminde, known for its lovely maritime harbour, child-friendly beaches, and charming town center with various shops, dining options, and attractions.
At the harbour, you can experience the pleasant atmosphere of the marina, perhaps enjoy freshly prepared fish at a local restaurant, or visit the ice cream kiosk. There is also the opportunity for family fun with mini-golf, crab fishing from the pier, or simply enjoying the view and maritime ambiance.
