The nearby town of Ju­els­min­de offers excellent shopping op­portu­ni­ties, cozy cafés, dining options, and a pleasant maritime at­mosp­he­re at the modern marina located in the town center. In the opposite direction, the city of Horsens is known for its many exciting concerts and the museum housed in the old Horsens State Prison, among other at­tra­ctions.
