Welcome to a charming and cozy holiday home, renovated in 2020. The house ac­com­moda­tes 4 adults and 2 children, with sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments including a double bed, a bunk bed in the chil­dren's room, and a double bed in the annex. While adults relax on the sofa by the wood-burning stove, the little ones can enjoy the playful at­mosp­he­re of the bunk room, equipped with toys, books, and a TV with DVD player.

The house features a com­fortab­le living room with a wood-burning stove, a cozy sofa corner, and a TV. The sunroom offers a dining area for all guests, and the kitchen is equipped with a dis­hwas­her. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. TV services provides Danish, German, Swedish, and Norwegian channels, and free internet is available during your stay.

Please note that some interior doorways are only 175 cm high.

In 2020, a spacious wooden terrace was added to the house, perfect for family gat­he­rings, re­laxa­tion, reading a good book, or preparing meals on the grill to enjoy outdoors. Just 200 meters from the holiday home there is a beautiful sandy beach, ideal for re­fres­hing swims, building sandcast­les, or taking long walks year-round.

Behind the house, there is a large play­gro­und featuring a football goal, climbing wall, swing, and more.

This cozy holiday home is located in As Vig, within the As Hedegård holiday colony. The area boasts a friendly at­mosp­he­re, espe­ci­al­ly lively during the summer months. The house is con­ve­ni­ent­ly close to a local shop, the sea, and the forest. The child-friendly sandy beach is just 200 meters away.

A short drive brings you to the maritime harbour town of Ju­els­min­de, offering various acti­vi­ties and dining options. The harbour features a play­gro­und for children, delicious ice cream, and op­portu­ni­ties for crab fishing.

Ex­pe­ri­en­ce the brand-new Nature Play­gro­und in Ju­els­min­de with8-meter-high play towers near Odels­b­jer­get, a variety of play equipment, fa­ci­li­ties, courts, and chal­len­ges, as well as two new padel tennis courts.
