Welcome to a beautiful, elevated holiday home built in 2021. This house embodies an authentic "summer house style" and is ideal for a lovely vacation with family or friends. It accommodates 6 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and an alcove in the living room equipped with a luxury pull-out bed with standard quality box mattresses.
The heart of the house is undoubtedly the kitchen-dining area, directly connected to the living room. From here, you can enjoy the stunning sea view and overlook the summer house area. The modern and elegant kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, including a dishwasher. The dining area offers ample space for everyone, making it an ideal gathering spot for cozy moments and family board games.
In direct connection with the kitchen/dining area is the living room, where you can also sit on the sofa and enjoy the beautiful view. Amenities include a TV, internet, and Chromecast.
The house has a lovely bathroom with a toilet and shower, as well as a washer-dryer combo. A crib and children chair are also available for the little ones.

This holiday home is situated in an elevated position within a charming and cozy summer house area near Juelsminde. There are wooden terraces on both sides of the house, partially covered. When the weather permits, "terrace life" will quickly become your favorite spot, where family and friends can gather, chat, relax, and simply enjoy time together. The terraces are furnished with quality garden furniture, loungers, and a nice gas grill for preparing your holiday meals.
During the summer months, you can also enjoy a refreshing shower in the house's outdoor shower.
Close to the house, there is a small public playground that the youngest family members will surely love to play on.
Get up close to the local attractions
This lovely holiday home is located in As Vig, within the vacation area of As Hedegård. The areas have a great atmosphere, and during the summer months, there is plenty of life here. From the summer house, it' is a short distance to the local grocer, sea, and forest. The fine child-friendly sandy beach is only 100 meters away from the house.
A short drive from the house brings you to the maritime harbour town of Juelsminde, which offers many activities and dining options. At the harbour, there is a playground for the little ones, delicious ice cream, and opportunities to catch crabs.
Experience the brand-new Nature Playground located in Juelsminde, with 8-meter-high play towers situated by Odelsbjerget, a variety of play equipment, facilities, challenges, and two new padel tennis courts. The diverse range of activities ensures hours of fun and excitement.
We also recommend a trip to Horsens, approximately a 20-minute drive from the summer house. Here, you can visit the old state prison "Fængslet," which has been converted into a museum—a captivating activity for both children and adults for several hours.
