Welcome to a very cozy holiday home that exudes vacation vibes both inside and out. As you step through the stable door into the charming kitchen, you will immediately feel the holiday relaxation set in. The kitchen invites you to prepare meals and enjoy conversations cleaning the dishes, while others in the family sit at the dining table playing games or solving crosswords. From the kitchen, you move into the living room, which has a wood-burning stove, a sofa bed, and access to a lovely terrace with a beautiful view over the garden and the area leading to the sea. The house offers two fine bedrooms, an entrance hall, and a bathroom with a shower. A washing machine is available in the shed.

While the house itself is incredibly cozy, the garden is truly fantastic. You will find charming nooks everywhere, a fire pit, a shelter, an outdoor shower, and a flat lawn perfect for outdoor activities and play. Additionally, there are lovely partially covered terraces where you can grill, dine, sunbathe, and relax.

The location of the holiday home is ideal, serving as a great starting point for a vacation filled with beach life and water sports. It is just a five-minute walk to a fantastic child-friendly sandy beach. Within walking distance, you will also find shopping opportunities and the charming pedestrian street in Juelsminde, which boasts many specialty shops. Adjacent to the pedestrian street is a maritime marina that buzzes with life and joy during the summer. Here, you can dine at restaurants, enjoy ice cream, play mini-golf, catch crabs, and much more.
Experience the Nature Playground located within 1.5 km, featuring 8-meter-high play towers situated by Odelsbjerget, a variety of play equipment, facilities, courts, and challenges, as well as two new padel tennis courts. The diverse range of activities ensures hours of fun and excitement.
