This solid brick-built property spans an im­pres­si­ve 241 m² over two floors. The layout is well-designed, ensuring both comfort and a cozy at­mosp­he­re, making it easy for up to 10 guests to feel at home. In 2020, the holiday home underwent a partial renova­tion, resulting in a modern and stylish kitchen as well as new flooring on the ground floor. The large dining kitchen com­fortably seats the whole group, and when the weather is nice, you can step right onto the terrace through the garden door. The living room invites you to unwind by the wood-burning stove, while the upstairs activity room is perfect for playing air hockey, foosball, or streaming TV via Chro­mecast. For added con­ve­ni­en­ce, the house has a guest toilet on the first floor, com­ple­men­ting the ground floor bathroom, which features a retro-style bathtub and classic blue tiles. Though the bathroom retains its vintage charm, it is well-main­tai­ned—just like the utility room, which has been updated with a modern washing machine and dryer. In addition to the wood-burning stove, the house is heated by a pellet stove, ensuring a com­fortab­le indoor climate year-round.
