Welcome inside
Built in 2020, this holiday home includes a fully equipped annex, fun­ctio­ning as its own private unit with a bedroom and bathroom. In the main house, you’ll find two ad­di­tio­nal bathrooms and three bedrooms, along with a double sofa bed in the activity room, providing extra sleeping space. The heart of the home is the bright and spacious living area, where the kitchen and living room merge seam­les­s­ly. Large windows and skylights allow natural light to flood the space throug­hout the day. Designed with high-quality materials and elegant furniture, the interior showcases beautiful wood details and a sleek black-and-white color scheme, creating a stylish and cohesive look. Throug­hout the house, you’ll enjoy un­der­floor heating and acoustic ceilings for maximum comfort. Activity room Centrally located in the house, the activity room provides en­tertain­ment for all ages. Here, you can enjoy a Play­Sta­tion 4, foosball, air hockey, and shuf­fle­bo­ard—so the only question is, who will win the family tour­na­ment? Like the living room, the activity space is also equipped with a flat-screen TV and Chro­mecast, making it the perfect place to relax with a movie night.

One of the thought­ful design features of this house is that every room has direct access to the terrace. The terrace wraps around both the main house and the annex, offering a mix of open and covered areas, so you can always find the perfect spot—re­gard­less of the weather. Just a short distance from the house, you'll find a large communal area with a play­gro­und and a variety of sports fa­ci­li­ties for all ages.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Tranum Ferieby is set in some of North Jutland’s most stunning natural landsca­pes. You can start exploring directly from the holiday village, or drive to Tranum and follow the 11 km hiking route leading all the way to Fosdalen. A walk along the North Sea coast is, of course, a must—or perhaps even a re­fres­hing swim if the weather allows. With Tranum Beach just a few ki­lo­me­ters away, a trip to the water can easily become a daily holiday tradition. The sur­ro­un­ding forests, including Bre­desan­de, offer excellent op­portu­ni­ties for foraging wild berries, chan­te­rel­les, and other mushrooms. Shopping is easy in Tranum, while the nearby market towns of Brovst and Fjer­rits­lev offer charming specialty shops and dining options year-round. For more adventure, you can play golf, enjoy a shopping spree in Aalborg, or spend a fun-filled day at Fårup Som­mer­land amusement park.
