When you spend your holiday here, you can be sure that the setting is just right. This 94 m² holiday home was built in 2021, and every room is stylish and inviting. The large bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a spa bath, while even the entrance area is bright and practical, featuring a washer and dryer as well as plenty of space for coats and shoes.The house offers three com­fortab­le bedrooms, all with wardrobes and quality beds, plus an ad­di­tio­nal sleeping area on the loft. The loft is well in­te­gra­ted into the stylish living area, where the open-plan kitchen and lounge create a bright and welcoming space. Skylights and large windows facing the terrace bring in plenty of natural light, and if the weather turns chilly, you can light the wood-burning stove for extra warmth and a cozy at­mosp­he­re.

Enjoy Life Outside
The spacious sun terrace extends seam­les­s­ly from the living area, making it easy to take your meals or family time outdoors when the weather is good. This is a fantastic place to spend time – even in the evening, when the covered part of the terrace becomes the perfect spot for bar­becu­ing and enjoying good company under the bright summer sky. With a 1,650 m² plot, there is plenty of space around the house, but if you or the kids are in the mood for more action, the large communal activity area in Tranum Ferieby is just around the corner, offering a wide range of fun acti­vi­ties.

Common area
The holiday home is located in a unique area where the common area plays a major role. Here you can enjoy an active holiday for all ge­ne­ra­tions and you can freely and un­li­mi­ted­ly choose between the following acti­vi­ties; Football golf with 9 holes, a newly built mini golf course from 2022, Disc Golf and a krolf course with croquet holes. There are many options for football, both on grass and on the street court, where there are also ba­sket­ball nets. If you fancy beach vol­ley­ball, this is also an option, and if you want to keep in shape, there are several fitness stations. For the younger guests, there is a huge sandpit, swings, play tower, slide, playhouse, zip wire, balance beam, spider web and seesaw. After the day's acti­vi­ties, you can relax in the barbecue hut where you can build a fire or enjoy an evening stroll on the hiking and cycling trail that takes you all around the area.

Get Up Close to the Local At­tra­ctions
Tranum Ferieby is located in some of North Jutland’s most stunning natural sur­ro­un­dings. You can explore the area directly from the holiday village, or drive to Tranum, where an 11 km hiking trail leads all the way to Fosdalen. A walk along the North Sea is, of course, highly recom­men­ded—or even a re­fres­hing swim if the weather allows it. Tranum Beach is just a few ki­lo­me­ters away, making a trip to the water an easy and enjoyable part of your holiday routine. Nature lovers will ap­pre­ci­a­te the op­portu­ni­ty to pick wild berries, chan­te­rel­les, and other mushrooms in the nearby plan­ta­tions, such as Bre­desan­de, which is just around the corner. Tranum offers con­ve­ni­ent shopping options, while the nearby market towns of Brovst and Fjer­rits­lev provide charming specialty shops and re­stau­rants open year-round. For those looking for even more adventure, you can play golf, go on a shopping trip to Aalborg, or enjoy all the thrilling at­tra­ctions at Fårup Som­mer­land—there’s something for everyone.

Remember, you can always borrow carts, hig­h­chairs, and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Jam­mer­bugt. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them when your holiday is over.
