Here, you’re just steps from the large, well-equipped communal area where both kids and adults can play to their hearts’ content – when you’re not relaxing on the sun-drenched terrace back at the house, of course.

Welcome inside
This holiday home, built in 2009, is both stylish and fun­ctio­nal, with its di­stin­cti­ve and charming ar­chi­tec­tu­re providing high ceilings and plenty of natural light throug­hout. This applies to both of the bedrooms as well as the living room, which also features a spacious loft. The living room is warmed by a wood-burning stove placed in a cosy corner by the sofa, and a TV with Chro­mecast is ready for movie nights. The dining table is po­si­tio­ned near the beautiful open kitchen, which includes a dis­hwas­her and other modern ap­pli­an­ces. The bathroom is just as neat and inviting as the rest of the house, and it con­ve­ni­ent­ly includes both a washing machine and a dryer.

Enjoy life outside
With a plot of 1,604 m², there’s plenty of room for games and fun on the lawn. But with the fantastic shared area right across the street, it’s only natural to take advantage of the many activity options there. At the centre of Tranum Ferieby, the large green space offers a play­gro­und, beach vol­ley­ball, mini golf, a multi-sports court, football goals, and much more. There’s even a communal barbecue hut – though you might prefer to grill back at the house on your own south-facing, partially covered terrace.

Common area
The holiday home is located in a unique area where the common area plays a major role. Here you can enjoy an active holiday for all ge­ne­ra­tions and you can freely and un­li­mi­ted­ly choose between the following acti­vi­ties; Football golf with 9 holes, a newly built mini golf course from 2022, Disc Golf and a krolf course with croquet holes. There are many options for football, both on grass and on the street court, where there are also ba­sket­ball nets. If you fancy beach vol­ley­ball, this is also an option, and if you want to keep in shape, there are several fitness stations. For the younger guests, there is a huge sandpit, swings, play tower, slide, playhouse, zip wire, balance beam, spider web and seesaw. After the day's acti­vi­ties, you can relax in the barbecue hut where you can build a fire or enjoy an evening stroll on the hiking and cycling trail that takes you all around the area.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Tranum Ferieby is sur­ro­un­ded by some of the most beautiful nature in North Jutland. You can set out directly from the village or drive into Tranum, where an 11-kilometre hiking route leads all the way to Fosdalen. A walk along the North Sea is of course highly recom­men­ded – or even a swim if the weather’s right. Tranum Beach is only a few ki­lo­metres away, making it easy to plan daily beach outings. In the sur­ro­un­ding plan­ta­tions, such as Bre­desan­de, you’ll find excellent op­portu­ni­ties to gather wild berries, chan­te­rel­les, and mushrooms. Groceries can be picked up in Tranum, and the nearby market towns of Brovst and Fjer­rits­lev offer charming shops and re­stau­rants that are open year-round. If you're up for more, you can play golf, take a shopping trip to Aalborg, or spend a fun-filled day at Fårup Som­mer­land – all within easy reach.
