The house is designed in a cozy, classic summer house style with wooden floors, walls, and ceilings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Large windows allow natural light to flood in, making the space bright and airy. The layout is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends, with the heart of the house being the open-plan living area, where the kitchen and lounge seamlessly connect. Here, you’ll find a comfortable sofa area, a dining table, and a wood-burning stove to provide warmth and coziness on chilly evenings. The house features a modern kitchen with excellent facilities for the family chef. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with bunk beds. Finally, the home has a well-equipped bathroom with a shower.

The holiday home is set on a spacious 2,461 m² plot, surrounded by trees and shrubs, ensuring privacy and tranquility. The large lawn offers plenty of space for play and ball games, and the outdoor area is ideal for relaxation. There are two great terraces around the house: an open east-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying your first cup of coffee in the morning sun, and a large, covered south-facing terrace, where you can enjoy meals and unwind in the fresh air. If you're lucky, you might even spot a deer wandering through the trees in the early morning or at dusk.
Get up close to the local attractions
The surrounding area is peaceful, green, and family-friendly—ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Langdal, Fosdal, and Tranum Plantations offer excellent hiking opportunities with marked trails, stunning viewpoints, and diverse natural experiences year-round. Langdal Plantation also features a nature playground, sure to be a hit with younger visitors. If you fancy a swim in the North Sea, Tranum Beach is just 4 km away. Meanwhile, mountain biking enthusiasts can head to Svinkløv, just 5 km away, where some of the best single-track MTB trails begin—stretching up to 20 km or even 35 km if combined with Kollerup Plantation. The town of Tranum offers a well-stocked grocery store with a great selection of essentials for a comfortable stay. It even has its own distillery, producing award-winning gin. Several dining and drinking establishments are also available in the area if you're in the mood for a night out. For those willing to take a short drive, one of Europe's best amusement parks, Fårup Sommerland, is just 25 minutes away. If you're up for exploring an urban setting, Aalborg, Denmark’s third-largest city, is just 35 minutes away.
