Welcome to this 149 m² holiday home in the beautiful area of Slet­te­strand. The house retains its original charm from its con­struction in 1998, yet eve­ryt­hing is well-main­tai­ned and fully fun­ctio­nal. The entrance leads through a lovely sunroom with ample space for outerwear, followed by a small hallway with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is simple but fun­ctio­nal and is open to the dining area. From here, a staircase leads to the large loft, which extends over the rest of the house – a favorite hideaway for the youngest family members. A few steps down from the dining area, you’ll find the cozy living room, where you can relax in the older yet com­fortab­le furniture while enjoying a good movie or the warmth of the wood-burning stove. The house features four bedrooms in total: three with double beds and one with bunk beds. There is a bathroom with a shower, a guest toilet, and a spacious wellness area equipped with a hot tub, sauna, an ad­di­tio­nal shower, and a small fitness room – perfect for re­laxa­tion or staying active during your holiday. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, the house has solar panels on the roof to provide hot water and a spacious garage with the option to play table tennis and darts. This is a wonderful holiday home, ideal for a large family that values space and comfort over modern luxury.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home is situated on a lovely, private plot within walking distance of both the beach and forest. There is both an open and a covered terrace, along with plenty of garden furniture, a barbecue, and a parasol. The small lawn features a football goal and a sandbox for the little ones.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
If the spacious garden isn’t enough for all your outdoor acti­vi­ties, the sur­ro­un­ding nature is waiting to be explored. Just a short walk from the house, you'll find a natural play­gro­und that also serves as an obstacle course for both children and adults. If you enjoy mountain biking, well-main­tai­ned MTB trails will take you from Slet­te­strand deep into Svinkløv Plan­ta­tion – or even as far as Kollerup Plan­ta­tion if you're up for a long ride. Meanwhile, the North Sea is only 450 meters from the house, making it easy to take a re­fres­hing dip or enjoy a scenic coastal walk. Slet­te­strand offers a few dining options, while Fjer­rits­lev is the nearest larger town for grocery shopping and other ne­ces­si­ties.

Remember, at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Jam­mer­bugt, you can always borrow pull carts, high chairs, and baby cots free of charge. Simply pick them up at our office and return them when your holiday is over.
