The house is spread over two levels: on the ground floor, there’s an open kitchen with direct access to the living room, a bedroom with bunk beds, a utility room with a washer and dryer, and a stylish bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds and an additional living area with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a lovely view of the garden. This upstairs space serves as a little retreat, perfect for relaxing with music or a good book. At the heart of the house is a built-in fireplace that brings warmth and coziness on cooler days. Adjacent to the kitchen, doors open onto the terrace, letting in light and fresh air. This is a highly recommendable summer house for both families and couples.
Enjoy life outside
The spacious garden plot is surrounded by tall trees and shrubs, providing privacy and shelter from the wind. The lawn offers plenty of space for games like football or badminton, and there’s even a playhouse for the little ones. At the back of the house, with access from the kitchen, is a large wooden terrace where you can barbecue, soak up the sun, and enjoy the Danish summer to the fullest.
Get up close to the local attractions
The summer house is located just half a kilometer from the shoreline at Thorup Strand, providing perfect conditions for a swim in the North Sea. Thorup Strand is an old fishing village and one of the last places on the West Coast where fish are still landed daily throughout the year. It’s a fascinating sight to watch the colorful fishing boats being pulled onto the shore and the fishing nets revealing the day’s catch. Not far from the house, you can experience breathtaking views of Jammerbugt from the Bulbjerg cliffs, and in Hanstholm, you can explore an old bunker complex from World War II. The area offers something for everyone and every age.
Remember, you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and baby cots from us at Feriepartner Jammerbugt. Simply pick them up at the office and return them when your holiday has come to an end.
