Welcome inside
In a high-quality holiday home like this, everything is set for a fantastic stay from the moment you arrive. The house was renovated in 2019, ensuring a well-maintained and modern atmosphere, with Scandinavian-style furnishings for a simple yet elegant look. The large, bright living area is the heart of the home, combining an open kitchen, dining space, and lounge. This is where you’ll spend many cozy hours together, enjoying the wood-burning stove, comfortable sofa corner, and the impressive 75-inch SMART TV with DVD player. And when it's time for total relaxation, the luxurious bathroom with a hot tub and sauna is the perfect retreat. The thoughtfully designed layout includes three comfortable bedrooms, a guest toilet, and a large loft area at the top. The loft features a TV, PlayStation 3, and two comfortable box mattresses (90x200 cm)—making it an excellent space for gaming and extra sleeping arrangements. And we haven’t even mentioned the annex yet! This separate space features a double bed, seating area, and a large flat-screen TV, along with its own small terrace. All in all, superb accommodation for up to eight people!
Enjoy life outside
The 1,913 m² plot is fully fenced, and thanks to dense surrounding vegetation, the lawn and multiple terraces remain completely private during the warmer months. With terraces facing east, west, and south, you can always find a sunny and sheltered spot. The terraces are well-equipped with sun loungers, multiple dining areas, and a stylish lounge space. In the evening, built-in terrace lighting creates a cozy ambiance—or you can gather around the fire pit to enjoy the flickering flames. There is also ample parking space in the large driveway.
Common area
The holiday home is located in a unique area where the common area plays a major role. Here you can enjoy an active holiday for all generations and you can freely and unlimitedly choose between the following activities; Football golf with 9 holes, a newly built mini golf course from 2022, Disc Golf and a krolf course with croquet holes. There are many options for football, both on grass and on the street court, where there are also basketball nets. If you fancy beach volleyball, this is also an option, and if you want to keep in shape, there are several fitness stations. For the younger guests, there is a huge sandpit, swings, play tower, slide, playhouse, zip wire, balance beam, spider web and seesaw. After the day's activities, you can relax in the barbecue hut where you can build a fire or enjoy an evening stroll on the hiking and cycling trail that takes you all around the area.
Get up close to the local attractions
Tranum Ferieby is surrounded by some of North Jutland’s most stunning nature. You can start exploring right from the holiday village, or drive to Tranum, where a beautiful 11 km hiking trail leads all the way to Fosdalen. A trip to the North Sea is also a must—whether for a refreshing swim or a peaceful seaside walk. Tranum Strand is just a few kilometers away, making a beach visit an easy daily highlight. For those who love foraging, the surrounding plantations—including Bredesande—offer wild berries, chanterelles, and mushrooms. For shopping and dining, the nearby towns of Tranum, Brovst, and Fjerritslev offer grocery stores, specialty shops, and restaurants open year-round. And if you're up for a bigger adventure, you can take a short drive to: Aalborg for shopping, museums, and city life.
