Welcome inside
The house is designed in a cozy, classic summer house style with wooden floors, walls, and ceilings, creating a warm and inviting at­mosp­he­re. Large windows allow natural light to flood in, making the space bright and airy. The layout is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends, with the heart of the house being the open-plan living area, where the kitchen and lounge seam­les­s­ly connect. Here, you’ll find a com­fortab­le sofa area, a dining table, and a wood-burning stove to provide warmth and coziness on chilly evenings. The house features a modern kitchen with excellent fa­ci­li­ties for the family chef. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with bunk beds. Finally, the home has a well-equipped bathroom with a shower.

The holiday home is set on a spacious 2,461 m² plot, sur­ro­un­ded by trees and shrubs, ensuring privacy and tranqui­li­ty. The large lawn offers plenty of space for play and ball games, and the outdoor area is ideal for re­laxa­tion. There are two great terraces around the house: an open east-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying your first cup of coffee in the morning sun, and a large, covered south-facing terrace, where you can enjoy meals and unwind in the fresh air. If you're lucky, you might even spot a deer wandering through the trees in the early morning or at dusk.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The sur­ro­un­ding area is peaceful, green, and family-friendly—ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Langdal, Fosdal, and Tranum Plan­ta­tions offer excellent hiking op­portu­ni­ties with marked trails, stunning viewpo­ints, and diverse natural ex­pe­ri­en­ces year-round. Langdal Plan­ta­tion also features a nature play­gro­und, sure to be a hit with younger visitors. If you fancy a swim in the North Sea, Tranum Beach is just 4 km away. Meanwhile, mountain biking ent­hu­si­asts can head to Svinkløv, just 5 km away, where some of the best single-track MTB trails begin—stret­ching up to 20 km or even 35 km if combined with Kollerup Plan­ta­tion. The town of Tranum offers a well-stocked grocery store with a great selection of es­sen­ti­als for a com­fortab­le stay. It even has its own di­stil­le­ry, producing award-winning gin. Several dining and drinking establis­h­ments are also available in the area if you're in the mood for a night out. For those willing to take a short drive, one of Europe's best amusement parks, Fårup Som­mer­land, is just 25 minutes away. If you're up for exploring an urban setting, Aalborg, Denmark’s third-largest city, is just 35 minutes away. Aalborg offers a vibrant mix of museums, ar­chi­tec­tu­re, shopping, cafés, and charming old streets—perfect for a day trip.
