Welcome inside
When you enter the holiday house, you will im­me­di­a­te­ly sense the good vibes in the lovely and light settings. The evenings you may spend in the beautiful con­ser­va­tory while watching the light fade away. The house is perfect for re­laxa­tion and cosy times. Here you may read an in­tri­gu­ing book, play a board game or bake buns in the fine open kitchen. Al­ter­na­ti­ve­ly, you could just settle down in the sofa in the living room and look out the window to spot a deer or a squirrel passing by.

Enjoy life outside
The spacious and beautiful garden offers several spots to enjoy the outdoor life, whether you will play badminton or croquet. On the lovely big terrace you can gather for an evening of cock-and-bull stories from the old days or a nice glass of red wine, after the children have been put to bed. In the garden you also find the annex of the house, where you may retire to, when time comes.

Get close to the local at­tra­ctions
Go for a tour to the beach at either Isefjord or Roskilde Fjord, only a few minutes away from the holiday house. In Kulhuse there is a sandy beach close to the harbour, where the ferry Columbus can take you to North Zealand. Go for a walk in Nord­s­ko­ven forest, where the outing with your picnic could have the Three Oaks as the desti­na­tion – with a history that goes back more than 1000 years. In Jægerspris you may visit Jægerspris castle, take a walk in the castle park, see the burial plot of the historic Countess Danner and finish off the tour with an ice cream in one of the most popular ice cream stalls in Denmark. The area offers many po­s­si­bi­li­ties for walks or bicycle rides, such as f.inst. Fjord­s­tien, bringing you along the fjord and into the landsca­pes of Horns­her­red. Fjord­s­tien is 230km long and offers scenic views and versatile paths, well suited for cyclists as well as walkers.
