Holiday home on a hilly piece of land with a great view of the lake

Location
On a plot of land about 50 km north east of Halmstad stands the house Kalvaberg 1 together with the house Kalvaberg 2 and the house of the owners. The plot is hilly and lies above the lake Krok which you can see from the living room windows. The lake is 200 metres away, you can go swimming and fishing in the lake. In Unnaryd, around 1,5 km away, you can find shops, a post office and banks.

Fa­ci­li­ties
This modern holiday home is 85 square metres big. In the living room you can find a sofa and a fireplace. In the kitchen you will find a cooker, microwave, fridge with a freezer com­part­ment as well as a dis­hwas­her. There are two bedrooms. One with a double bed, the other with two single beds. In the bathroom you will find a shower, a toilet, a washing machine as well as a sauna. The house has electric heating. Guests also have access to garden furniture, a grill as well as a rowing boat at the lake.

Special ar­ran­ge­ments
A nice holiday home in a great location and a great view of the lake. You can arrive any day of the week. Pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. The owners charge a deposit of 150 EUR, which will be deducted from the electri­ci­ty consump­tion after departure. Electri­ci­ty costs 0,35 EUR per kWh. If you do not want to do the final cleaning yourself, you can order it for 120 EUR. If you want to go fishing you have to buy a fishing permit. Both the Swedish coast as well as the amusement park High Chaparral are easy to reach from this location.
