Beautiful fjord view and quiet sur­ro­un­dings - wonderful summer house in Gjel­lero­d­de

It is difficult to find a more beautiful painting than the living landscape that reveals itself just outside the windows on Violvej 92. This fine summer house is located in the first row to the Limfjord, and through the windows you not only have a view of the water, but can also see it lush coastline all the way to the tip of Gjel­lero­d­de.

Indoors
The solid brick house has been here on the fjord coast ever since 1979, and since then it has been con­ti­nuous­ly updated - among other things with modern con­ve­ni­en­ces such as wi-fi and a heat pump with fridge. In the living room there is also a wood-burning stove that can spread heat and a cozy at­mosp­he­re when you relax on the sofa or sit together around the dining table. The kitchen is in an open con­nection with the living room, and in addition, the layout offers a shower room and three good bedrooms with beds for six people.

Outdoor
To the west of the summer house is a covered and screened terrace, re­mi­ni­s­cent of a con­ser­va­tory, so it is the obvious choice if you need to find shelter, but at the same time want to look out and feel the proximity to nature. In addition, it is of course also wonderful to sit on the terraces to the east and north, because here the fjord view is nothing short of bre­ath­taking.

Location
The summer house is located quietly and pea­ce­ful­ly at the bottom of the small Violvej. At the end of the plot, you can follow a path that meanders through the green landscape along the coast, and you can also take the short walk all the way down to the beach if you fancy a re­fres­hing dip or to soak up the quiet of the fjord water. In the summer season, you can head for Odden Cafeteria to eat ice cream or dinner, and if you want to surf, fish, play golf or cycle long trips, you have plenty of op­portu­ni­ty to frolic in Gjel­lero­d­de's fantastic natural sur­ro­un­dings.
