Lovely wooden holiday home with cozy annex located on an at­tra­cti­ve site in a quiet cottage area near forest and lovely child-friendly beach.

In Faxe Ladeplads you have the op­portu­ni­ty to make your daily grocery shopping by the station or the town square. Good re­stau­rant at the marina. In Faxe limestone quarry you can look for fossils – fun activity for children. Also visit the mini city in Faxe Ladeplads by the harbor behind the lime plant. Here is ice cream parlor, mini golf and table football etc. Take a trip to Stevns Klint and ex­pe­ri­en­ce the UNESCO World Heritage. Wonderful views of the Baltic Sea await you at the old church Højerup. The old town of Præstø with cozy cafés and re­stau­rants invites you to walks and re­laxa­tion. Præstø's old streets exude a wonderful cozy at­mosp­he­re and send you on a journey through time. Ex­pe­ri­en­ce Skovtårnet in Rønnede with 450,000 visitors a year.

This holiday home is just over an hour's drive from Denmark's capital Co­pen­ha­gen. Co­pen­ha­gen offers countless sights and at­tra­ctions that appeal to both young and old.

Entrance to the house via small, lovely terrace with garden furniture and lovely morning sun - here you can sit and enjoy the morning coffee in peace and quiet while planning the exciting acti­vi­ties of the day.

Kitchen and living room in open con­nection. In the nicely furnished living room there is a large dining table and cozy sofa corner. Wood stove. TV with Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian channels. From the living room exit to a lovely partly covered terrace with heat lamp, so you can also sit out in the evening and enjoy yourself. Internet in the house. Heat pump in the dining area.

Lovely kitchen with fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, 4 ceramic hotplates, oven, cooker hood and dis­hwas­her, as well as all other cookware and service.

Large bathroom with toilet, sink, shower & sauna. Un­der­floor heating in the bathroom.

1 room with 1 double bed (con­si­sting of 2 single beds that can be moved apart) and closet.

1 room with 2 mattres­ses and TV (not connected to the TV network) only for use with Play Station or DVD.

Very nice and good annex - neatly furnished with 1 double pull-out bed.

In the lovely garden there is a swing stand with 2 swings and a tram­po­li­ne (is used at your own risk).
