Cozy wooden summer house with a wood-burning stove and secluded natural plot
House-ID: FAN009The closed road Nytoften on Fanø is a wonderful place to spend your vacation – especially when it takes place in this lovely summer house, which is situated on a secluded natural plot right up against a protected dune area. From this idyllic address, you have easy access to Nordby, and you can also quickly reach Fanø Bad if you and your family want to take a refreshing dip in the North Sea.
Welcome inside
The summer house looks cozy from the outside already, and when you step inside, you are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. With rustic wooden paneling on the walls, a wood-burning stove, and a view of the green plot, everything is as it should be if you dream of relaxing in a charming living room – and the lovely living space is even furnished with several cozy nooks, whether you and your loved ones want to read, watch movies, play board games, or enjoy a delicious meal. Next to the open, well-equipped kitchen, a staircase leads up to the first floor, which features three good bedrooms. You will also find a sauna up here adjacent to a restroom, while the bathroom with a shower is located on the ground floor.
Enjoy life outside
The natural plot is an enticing oasis for the whole family, as there are play equipment, a fire pit, and several lovely terrace areas nestled among the trees and bushes – and during the wet months of the year, the house even has its own little pond, completing the picturesque summer house romance! The children can enjoy swinging, climbing, and sliding, and if you’re not ready to join in the fun, you can sit nearby with a good cup of coffee. In the evening, you can team up to grill, and you can set the table either on the open west-facing terrace or in the cozy, covered outdoor seating area.
Get up close to the local attractions
The closed road Nytoften is located in a quiet summer house area between Nordby and Fanø Bad. From the summer house, it’s easy to head out for a hike in Fanø’s beautiful dune landscape, and if you’ve brought or rented a bike, you can look forward to exploring the Wadden Sea island on two wheels. Along the island’s west coast, the most beautiful beach stretches out towards the North Sea. Here, there are not only opportunities for a refreshing swim but also for stand-up paddleboarding or trying blockart on land, depending on the wind conditions. Nature lovers can look forward to collecting oysters, going on seal safaris – or simply enjoying the tranquility and grandeur of the landscape from a dune top.
Please note that you can always borrow high chairs and baby beds from Feriepartner Fanø. Reserve them via the booking so they are ready for you when you arrive at the summer house.
