Description
If you dream of a holiday idyll with plenty of time to relax in cozy surroundings, be sure to keep reading. On the small, closed road Hedesvinget in Rindby, you will find this lovely gem of a wooden house, surrounded by delightful terraces and green vegetation – and the nature plot even has its very own little pond and often receives visits from pheasants and other wildlife.
Welcome inside
The holiday home was equipped with a sensible layout and a lovely atmosphere when it was built in 1980, and it has only become even more inviting after a comprehensive renovation in 2020. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a spacious entrance, but the very best part is the living area where the living room and kitchen are combined. Here you can cook in cozy and functional surroundings, and if you just need to lie down, you can light the wood stove and relax on the lovely sofa. The dining table is a great place to gather, and if the sun is too tempting, you can open the garden doors and move the meal out to the terrace.
Enjoy life outside
Whether you are on holiday by yourself, with your loved one, or with your family, it is wonderful to be outdoors on the 2000 m² nature plot. The trees provide shelter for the sitting areas and give you something beautiful to look at while you enjoy coffee at the garden table or take a break on one of the sun loungers. The covered terrace with lounge furniture is a cozy spot to sit when night falls and the birds sing their evening songs. On the northeast side of the house, there is also a bench, and for the children, there is a sensory swing hanging from one of the pine trees.
Get up close to the local attractions
If you don’t spend all your outdoor moments in the house’s green and peaceful oasis, you can easily venture out into Fanø’s open nature – whether you head down towards Rindby Strand, set your course towards Fanø Klitplantage, or head east to experience the flat mudflat landscape toward the mainland. In Rindby, you will find a seasonally open supermarket with a bakery section where you can pick up rolls for breakfast and rum balls or other sweets for afternoon coffee. There are also plenty of opportunities to dine out, for example, in the local area and in Nordby, which is Fanø’s largest town.
Please note that you can always borrow high chairs and cribs from Feriepartner Fanø. Reserve them through the booking so that they are ready for you when you arrive at the holiday home.
