The summer house is located on a large natural plot by the open farmland landscape that stretches out towards the Fanø Bay and the Wadden Sea, so when you sit on the northeast-facing terrace, you are rewarded with the most beautiful view. The southwest-facing terrace is more secluded and fenced in with a higher fence, so here you can lounge on sunbeds and relax in the lounge furniture in peaceful surroundings. You also have the option to enjoy coffee at the garden table on the lawn south of the house, so regardless of the wind direction and time of day, you have plenty of opportunities to find the perfect spot to stay.
Get up close to the local attractions
If the view of the Wadden Sea makes you eager to explore the unique tidal landscape, you can head all the way to the coast – and when the tide is out, you can even walk out onto the mud flats to collect oysters or watch seals. Overall, the natural surroundings are peaceful and incredibly beautiful here on Fanø, so it’s all about getting out into the greenery on foot, by bike, or by car. From the summer house, it’s about a kilometer to Rindby Beach, which attracts with white sand and the roaring waves of the North Sea. If you want to take the family on an outing, you can drive all the way south to the charming village of Sønderho, and if you want to dine out, you are not far from Nordby’s cozy town center.
