The heart of the house, the open kitchen-family room, where everyone can still be together, even if someone is relaxing on the sofa while others are cooking in the kitchen. In con­ti­nu­a­tion of the living room, is the activity room, where you can compete in a game of table tennis or billiards.

From both the living room and the activity room there is access to the large, delicious wooden terrace and the rest of the garden.

Outside, the house offers not only the large terrace, but also a large and lovely garden with a swing set, petanque court, fire pit, football goal and plenty of space for all sorts of other acti­vi­ties.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
With its location in a newer sub­di­vi­sion on Marielyst, and just over 1 kilometer to the beach, approx. 2.5 km to Bøtøskoven and approx. 3 km to the center of Marielyst, is all that is required for a good holiday within a short distance. In addition, Nykøbing Falster is only a short drive of 10-15 minutes and offers shopping, cinema, swimming center etc. If you want to ex­pe­ri­en­ce Co­pen­ha­gen, this is also only approx. 1.5 hours away by car, or by train from Nykøbing F. directly to Tivoli's entrance and the town hall square.
