Lovely holiday home in a quiet area

Welcome inside
The holiday home contains: a nice and bright interior throug­hout the holiday home with 3 good bedrooms and a large and well unheated annex which is used as an activity room. A bathroom with WC and shower and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

A nice and modern kitchen, which is in open con­nection with the living room, which contains a dining area close to the kitchen, as well as a nice sofa area right by the wood stove.

From the living room there is access to the fantastic partly covered terrace and the garden.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home is located on a 1972 m2 plot, which has a large lawn for lots of ball games and games with the whole family, and not least the lovely wooden terrace, where you can really enjoy the summer heat, as well as a cozy fire pit. In addition, there is a ba­sket­ball hoop for the holiday home.

Note: In the driveway to the house there is a video camera that films the front garden facing the road, but this will always be switched off when the house is rented out.

The holiday house is located in a quiet area close to Bøtøskoven and not far from the Bird Reserve, and only 400 meters to Marielyst Ba­de­strand.
