The kitchen, which is in open connection with the living room and a cozy alcove, is equipped with refrigerator, induction stove with convection oven and dishwasher. In the living room there is a TV with at least 4 Danish channels, as well as fiber network with Wi-Fi and the option of streaming (Chromecast).
The newly built tool room has a large fridge / freezer, microwave and dryer.

The holiday home is situated on a 1244 m² charming garden / nature plot in the southern area of Marielyst. On the plot there is space for various outdoor activities. The holiday home has 20 m² of open terrace area, - of which 8 m² with covered terrace. Parking at the holiday home. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Here you will find peace and quiet close to Marielyst Beach, Bøtø Nature Park and the Bird Sanctuary. It's about. 4.5 km to Marielyst Torv, 425 m to the sea, 900 m to the nearest shop and 2500 m to an 18-hole golf course.
