Located on a lovely plot, with beautiful bushes and trees all around, as well as plenty of lawn for ball games and play, and not least the large, delicious wooden terrace, which offers garden furniture and an outdoor fireplace.

The house is located in Ore Strandpark, a summer house area 1500 meters outside Stubbekøbing town, where you can find lots of shopping opportunities etc. In addition, there is a short walk to the beach, which offers a jetty.
