The holiday apartment is furnished with an entrance hall with access to a bathroom with WC, sink and shower, and to a bedroom with 2 single beds and cupboard space. At the end of the entrance hall you enter the house's beautiful and bright kitchen-living room, where the kitchen section contains everything the heart desires, while the rest of the room contains a dining table with chairs and a sofa bed. From the kitchen-dining room there is also access to the apartment's lovely terrace.
On the 1st floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and good cupboard space, a bathroom with a shower, sink and WC. In addition, a nice large living room with sofa section and TV. From the living room there is also access to a beautiful balcony with garden furniture.
Outdoor
The apartment has a lovely partially covered terrace with garden furniture, as well as good parking conditions right at the door of the apartment.
Location
With an extremely unique location with only 100 meters to the water's edge and only a stone's throw from Marielyst Torv, you won't get a more central location than here. Bathing beach, shopping opportunities and restaurants are all just a few meters walk away from the apartment.
