Last but not least, the heart of the house, which is the lovely kitchen-li­vin­groom, which contains a nice and modern open kitchen, a dining area near the kitchen and a living room and sofa section at the other end. From the living room there is also access to the terrace, from which there is a view of green common areas.

Outdoor
With a central location in Marielyst, in a lovely holiday home area, which offers both green common areas with plenty of room for ball games and play with the whole family, but also small rivers that extend throug­hout the area.

Location
Located close to Marielyst square and the center and only a stone's throw from the bowling center. In addition, there is only a short drive to Nykøbing Falster as well as Ma­ri­e­lyst's many other acti­vi­ties.
