This beautiful log house exudes the right cottage at­mosp­he­re and offers 3 good bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed and the last room contains 1 bunk bed and a sofa bed / pull-out bed. In addition, there is a cozy loft in the kitchen-dining room with 2 mattres­ses. In the house there are 2 bathrooms where one contains a whirlpool, shower, WC, washer and dryer and the other bathroom contains a shower, toilet and a good sauna to warm up on, on the cold days.

Last but de­fi­ni­te­ly not least, the heart of the house, which is the beautiful kitchen-dining room, which contains an open kitchen, a dining area in the middle, as well as a living room and sofa area at the other end. In addition, a new heat pump with cooling function was also installed in January 2022.

From the living room there is also access to the delicious south-west-facing wooden terrace, where espe­ci­al­ly the evening sun can be enjoyed in perfect sur­ro­un­dings. From the terrace you step directly onto a large green outdoor area, which offers plenty of space for ball games and play with the whole family as well as the op­portu­ni­ty to look out to the beautiful fields that surround the cottage area.

The log house is located on a 370 sqm beautiful plot, which does not offer much other than the house itself and the delicious wooden terrace. On the other hand, in extension of the terrace, there is a large green outdoor area, which is ideal for ball games and play with the whole family.

With a central location on Marielyst, in a nice and quiet holiday home area, which offers both green common areas with plenty of space for ball games and play with the whole family, but also small rivers that stretch through the entire area. However, it is strictly forbidden to fish in these ar­ti­fi­ci­al lakes!

Location

The holiday home is located in a quiet holiday home area close to Marielyst square and the center and just a stone's throw from the bowling center. In addition, the Golf Course and Golf & Fun Park are only approx. 2 km away and the beautiful Marielyst Beach is no more than approx. 1500 meters from the house. In addition, there is only a short drive to Nykøbing Falster and Ma­ri­e­lyst's many other acti­vi­ties.
