The holiday home is located on a huge, 2400 m2 large, forest-like plot, but where there is still sun in the house and garden all day. Fe¬ri¬e¬hu¬set has three beautiful terraces with garden furniture and barbecue. The lush garden gives the feeling of being in a forest - with the roar of the waves right in the background. There is plenty of space for lots of fun and play.

The holiday home has a very unique location on Marielyst, only 900 meters to Marielyst Torv and only 50 meters to the beach. The holiday house is centrally located and within walking distance of Marielyst's many activities, such as Golf and Fun, the Bowling Center and Marielyst Golf. In addition, there is a short drive to Nykøbing F., which offers shopping, restaurants and various activities.
