A nice and modern kitchen, which is in open con­nection with the living room, which contains a dining area by the kitchen and a nice sofa section on the other side. From the living room there are 2 exits to the ab­so­lu­te­ly fantastic terrace area as well as the garden.

In the living room there is a te­le­vi­sion with access to Viaplay, Netflix and tv2play, so you never run out of movies and series to see during the holidays.

Outdoor
With a lovely planting around the whole plot, a large lawn for lots of ball games and play with the whole family, and not least the lovely wooden terrace where the summer heat can really be enjoyed.

The house is located in Dyrehaven on Marielyst, close to the bowling center, Marielyst square and center, shopping and much more. The stunning beach is also no more than a walk away.
