Welcome to this charming and modern holiday home, which was thoroughly renovated in 2021 and 2022. The house appears in a nice, modern condition and is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
When you enter the house, you are met by a spacious entrance hall with plenty of space for shoes and jackets. From here there is access to the newly renovated bathroom, which is equipped with a toilet, shower cubicle, washing machine and sink.
The house has two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with two comfortable raised beds (90x200 cm), wardrobe, TV with Chromecast and charger plug by the bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, where the upper bunk measures 90x200 cm and the lower bunk 120x200 cm.
The living room and kitchen-dining room are the heart of the house. Here you will find a cozy TV and sofa section, a bright and modern kitchen and a dining table section. The sofa section offers TV with Chromecast, a fast Fibernet connection with 70 Mbit and wifi. From the kitchen there is access to a beautiful south-west facing terrace and the garden.
Enjoy life outside
Outside, the property offers beautiful planting with many beautiful trees and bushes. There is a lovely tiled terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as a large lawn that is perfect for ball games and games.
As an added bonus, there is an electric car charger on the property so you can charge your car while you enjoy your holiday.
Get up close to the local attractions
With a good location in the northern part of Marielyst, just over 500 meters from Sildestrup Strand. In addition, it is only a very short drive to Lidl, and if you continue a little further straight out here, you quickly end up on the main street in Marielyst, where various shops and restaurants welcome you, as well as a Golf and Fun Park.
