Interior
The house is furnished with a kitchen with refrigerator, oven, extractor hood and kettle. Bathroom with tiled floor, toilet, sink and shower. A nice bright living room, which is divided with dining area on one side, and sofa and TV section on the other side of the living room. In the living room there is the staircase which leads up to the 1st floor, where the house's 2 bedrooms are located. Both bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds. From the living room there is also access to the lovely enclosed terrace, from where you can look out to the water.
Outdoor
The outdoor area includes the beautiful enclosed terrace, as well as a common area with a fire place, a tennis court, playground with swings, playhouse and seesaws. In addition, there is a communal house with washing machine and dryer.
Location
The holiday home is located just 300 meters from Gedser marina, here you can experience the beautiful nature in the area around the harbor can. In the city of Gedser itself, you can experience Gedser Remise or Denmark's southernmost point (Sydstenen), or you can take the ferry to Rostock on a small shopping trip.
In addition to this, Gedser and Falster offer miles of beautiful white and child-friendly sandy beaches, and from Gedser there is no more than 20 minutes drive to the many activities that are found in Marielyst and surroundings.
